The IIT Career Management Center (CMC) is a full service career services center that offers individualized, tailored recruiting services to employers. Our mission is to assist students and alumni in making informed career decisions. We do this by partnering with employers to help them find highly qualified candidates through a simple and efficient hiring process. Our initiatives, such as Professional Development Seminars, Etiquette Training, and Certified Candidate Program align employers with the candidates that best match their needs.

Our goal is to maximize recruiting results by developing and maintaining mutually beneficial relationships between employers, students, and alumni through career fairs, job postings, other events, and activities.
